What Happens After Submission

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will promptly review the claim. If the notice complies with DMCA requirements, we may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content. We may also notify the party responsible for the content and provide them with an opportunity to submit a counter-notification.

Counter-Notices

  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was removed due to mistake or misidentification
  • A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal court
  • Your physical or electronic signature

If a valid counter-notification is received, the content may be restored within 10-14 business days unless the original complainant initiates legal action.
